科研成果
在有机氟化学领域,研究了Pd/NHC协同催化偕二氟环丙烷的反应性以及3,3'-还原消除的反应机制。在有机合成方法学领域,研究了酰基自由基化学、有机锗化学以及烯烃/炔烃的有序自由基双官能团化反应。此外,探索了新型碳负离子等价物腙在交叉偶联反应中的应用,以及光催化的新型化学转化等。在天然产物全合成领域,将有机过氧化合物作为新试剂合成了生物碱Asteropusazole A、Olivacine、抗前列腺药物比卡鲁胺、抗癌活性药物Clavilactones A、B和D等,简化了合成步骤,并在此过程中纠正了分离文献中Clavilactone D的结构错误。目前已经在国际顶级期刊J. Am. Chem. Soc.(1篇)、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(9篇)、Nat. Commun.(2篇)、Chem. Sci.(5篇)、ACS Catal.(3篇)等杂志发表SCI论文80余篇。
